Golden Estate Sale clients include people downsizing their homes, individuals who have inherited properties, families moving to new homes, retirees, and those leaving their homes to move into assisted living/nursing facilities. We frequently work with out-of-town individuals who have inherited local properties.
Golden Estate Sales provides a one-day sale to liquidate all contents of a residence (home/apartment). In most instances, time is of the essence and each sale is completed within several weeks of booking. Our estate sales move 85-90% of the household items, including automobiles. A final accounting is provided the day of the sale.
